The Regulation & Supervision Department is responsible for the regulation and supervision of the financial services sector in Nevis and to assist in ensuring that service providers in Nevis become more aware of their obligations to their business and the jurisdiction.

| Development & Marketing Department |
|
The main objective of the Development & Marketing Department is to effectively develop and promote Nevis as a premier international financial services jurisdiction. The Department represents and promotes the development of all sectors of the Financial services industry including: corporate services, trust services, banking, international insurance, multiform foundations, mutual fund administration, and investment services. The Department also consults with other Governmental Departments and the private sector to develop policies and new initiatives to meet the growing demands of the international financial market.
